These Terms apply to your use of this website and to anything you download, subscribe to, or buy from Possibility Beyond — the work of Tine Claus, built for people leading regenerative change from inside their organisation.

By using the site, downloading a free thinking tool, subscribing to the newsletter, or buying a tool from The Thinking Tools Library, you agree to these Terms.

The Terms are written to comply with Belgian and EU law.

2. What's on offer

Possibility Beyond is a thinking-tools studio. Current offerings include:

• Free thinking tools (for example: The Clarity Reflection) — downloadable at no cost in exchange for an email address.
• Paid thinking tools in The Thinking Tools Library (for example: Lead The Change — €67).
• Beyond the Now — the newsletter, occasional, free.
• Additional tools as the Library grows — new free and paid resources may be added over time.

The exact content, format, and availability of these offerings may evolve. We'll always announce meaningful changes on the site.

3. Purchases and payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, integrated within the FEA Create platform.

By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or incorrect information.

You'll receive a confirmation email after any successful purchase, with access details for the tool you bought.

4. Refund policy

Because everything on offer is digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable — unless a specific product explicitly states otherwise in its sales page or communication at the time of purchase.

If a refund is offered for a specific product, the conditions will be clearly stated; otherwise no refund rights apply.

If something has genuinely gone wrong on our side (you can't access what you paid for, the file is broken, the link doesn't work), write to tine@possibilitybeyond.com — we'll make it right.

5. Intellectual property

Everything you find on the site or inside a Possibility Beyond tool — including digital products, manuals, workbooks, reflection sheets, frameworks, prompts, templates, written content, and visuals — is the exclusive intellectual property of Possibility Beyond unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You're welcome to use the tools for your own work — that's the whole point. What you may not do is:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish the content
• Share paid content with people who haven't bought it
• Distribute, upload, or host the materials elsewhere
• Sell or resell any part of the work
• Use the materials to teach, train, or run commercial workshops without written permission

If you'd like to use a Possibility Beyond tool inside your own team, organisation, or training — just ask. There's almost always a way.

Misuse may result in legal action and termination of access.

6. How to use the site

When you use the site and its services, you agree to:

• Use the work for your own thinking, learning, or business — not for unauthorised commercial or training purposes
• Keep paid content to yourself (please don't share with people who haven't bought it)
• Avoid anything that would disrupt or interfere with the site's functionality
• Avoid using the work for unlawful purposes

Violation of these may result in suspension or termination of access — without refund.

7. No guarantees of results

Possibility Beyond offers thinking tools — frameworks, reflections, manuals — designed to help you think more clearly about your regenerative work. They are educational and developmental in nature.

What this means in practice:

• No specific outcome, result, or transformation is guaranteed. What you get out of the tools depends on the thinking you bring to them, the work you do with them, and the context you apply them in.
• You remain fully responsible for any decisions, strategies, or actions you take based on the content provided.
• The tools support your thinking. They don't replace your judgement, your team, your professional advisors, or the lived knowledge of the people inside your organisation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Possibility Beyond is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the tools.
• We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to digital services.
• All content is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Possibility Beyond is not responsible for decisions, actions, or results arising from use of the content.
• Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid for the specific tool or service in question.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time — when the law changes, when new tools are added to the Library, or when how we operate evolves.

Updates will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
