This is the privacy policy for Possibility Beyond, the work of Tine Claus — a small, independent practice built for people leading regenerative change from inside their organisation. It explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect when you use this website, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it.
The policy is written to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian data-protection law.

2. What data we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
2.1 What you give us directly
- Your name and email address — when you subscribe to the newsletter, download a free thinking tool (like The Clarity Reflection), or buy a tool from The Thinking Tools Library (like Lead The Change).
- Payment details — handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store full payment information ourselves.
- Anything you share via email or a contact form — questions, replies, notes, the things you write to us.
2.2 What's collected automatically (cookies & analytics)
- Essential cookies — what the site needs to function.
- Analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics or similar) — only with your consent, through a cookie banner.

4. Who else touches your data
We work with a small number of trusted service providers to run the site, take payments, and send emails. Each one processes data on our behalf under GDPR-compliant data-processing agreements:
- Website platform: FEA Create (UK)
- Payment processor: Stripe
- Email and newsletter platform: Lead Connector Email
- Analytics: Google Analytics (only with your consent)
5. Where your data lives (international transfers)
Some data may be processed in the United Kingdom (FEA Create's home). The UK benefits from an EU adequacy decision, meaning it's officially recognised as offering an adequate level of data protection.
For any other international transfers, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep your data
We hold data only as long as we need to:
- Newsletter subscribers / free-tool downloads: until you unsubscribe.
- Purchases of paid tools: at least 7 years, as required by Belgian accounting and tax law.
- Access data for paid tools: as long as your access is active or needed to keep serving you.
- Contact form messages: as long as needed to follow up properly.
7. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct anything that's inaccurate
- Request erasure ("be forgotten")
- Restrict processing of your data
- Object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Receive your data in a portable format (so you can take it elsewhere)

8. Children
This site and its work are built for adult professionals. We don't direct any of it at people under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from minors.
9. How we keep your data safe
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including:
- SSL encryption for all data in transit
- Secure authentication for tool and course platforms
- Limited access — only those who genuinely need to see customer data can
- Secure payment processing through Stripe (PCI-compliant)
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time — when the law changes, when we add a new tool to the Library, when we switch a service provider. Any update will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date at the top. The current version always lives on this page.
